LET'S EAT! – Keto Chili

Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey
60-80 small shrimp (peeled, deveined, tail-off)
1 bag of frozen pepper/onion mixed vegetables
1/2 – 1 teaspoon each of Seasoned salt, Garlic powder, Italian seasoning, Red peppers, Black pepper, Salt, Ol’Bay seasoning
1 tablespoon of Olive oil
1/4 cup of water
2-3 tablespoons of Liquid smoke
1-2 tablespoons of Jalapeño peppers
1/2 cup of brown sugar (or sugar substitute)
1-15oz can of diced Tomatoes
1 1/2-30oz can of Tomato sauce
Semi-large pan
Non-stick cooking spray
Slow cooker/Crock pot
Patience 🙂

Directions:
Spray slow cooker with non-stick spray. Heat pan on medium. Add a little oil to pan. Cook ground turkey adding some seasons. Transfer cooked ground turkey to slow cooker. Add peppers/onions to pan and cook with a little seasons. Transfer cooked peppers/onions to slow cooker. Add a little more oil to plan. Cook shrimp in pan adding some seasons and liquid smoke. Transfer cooked shrimp to slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients. Set slow cooker to Low and cook for 6 hours (4 hours if set on High). Garnish with cheese, sour cream, or whatever you like.
