Restaurant style no oil chili chicken recipe at home,healthy recipe for gym goers!!

Chilli chicken is a popular Indo-Chinese dish made from Hakka Chinese province. In India, this may include a variety of dry chicken preparations. Though mainly boneless chicken is used in this dish, some people also use bone-in chicken too. Bones will add the flavors and taste to the dish.
In kolkata people like to have dry chili chicken as a starter. Many of them like it as an accompaniment with fried rice.
Main Ingredients used in making the dish are-
Chicken-500 gm.
Chopped garlic- 10 gm.
Chopped Green Chili- 3 numbers
Dices of Capsicum- Half of the capsicum
Onion- 2 numbers(Half of the onion in petal form and rest sliced)
Different sauces like Chili sauce, Soya sauce, Tomato sauce and Vinegar.
Salt- As per taste
Spring Onion- For garnish.
