How to make Incredible Creamy Roasted Red Pepper Pasta [ASMR]

Creamy Roasted Red Pepper Pasta
(serves 4)
Ingredients:
– 2 bulbs of garlic
– 500 g sweet pointed pepper
– thyme
– olive oil
– 20 g parsley
– sea salt, black pepper to taste
– 500 g farfalle rigate
– 300 g pasta water
– 1 tbsp cream cheese
– 40 g parmesan
Pepper and… (cook at 180°C for 30 minutes)
Farfalle Rigate(cook for 8-10 minutes)

Instructions:
1. Cut the tops off the garlic bulbs.
2. Place the sweet pointed peppers in a baking dish, add the garlic bulbs beside them.
3. Add a few sprigs of fresh thyme and drizzle everything with olive oil.
4. Roast at 180°C (356°F) for 30 minutes until soft and slightly charred.
5. Remove the skins from the roasted peppers once cooled.
6. Finely chop the parsley and set aside.
7. Cook the farfalle rigate pasta in salted water for 8–10 minutes until al dente.
8. Reserve 300 g of pasta water, then drain the pasta.
9. In a mixing bowl, combine the peeled roasted peppers, roasted garlic cloves, crispy thyme, salt, black pepper, the juices and oil from the roasted pan, cream cheese, and the reserved pasta water.
10. Blend everything until smooth using an immersion blender or food processor.
11. Pour the creamy pepper mixture over the cooked pasta.
12. Add chopped parsley and grated parmesan, then mix well.
13. Serve in plates and top with a little extra parmesan.
