what I eat when I want to lose some extra fat – it’s nothing crazy but it’s so good, literally everyday.

Makes 5 Meal PrepsPer Meal Prep: 673 Calories | 53g Protein | 16g Fat | 72g Carbs

Ingredients For Chipotle Sauce:
226g 93/7 ground beef
250g of cooked white rice
2 bell peppers
Spinach

Seasonings:
You can season however you want but I did

Paprika
Truffle seasoning
Salt
Black pepper
Chill powder

Tip: Add in spinach VERY last with the heat off
Tip 2: drinking water in between bites helps with satietyTip 3: I like to have a strawberry greek yogurt cup or Diet Pepsi to help with my satiety.

  1. I kind of do the same except it's ground turkey and green pepper with some tomatoes sauce and rice on side.

  2. This is great ā¤ only to point out that spinach becomes toxic if reheated so better replace it or leave it outā¤ā¤ā¤

  3. Why would you replace animal fat with plants and carbs if you’re trying to lose fat? That makes zero sense. Remove the carbs, grains, and plant toxins and you won’t even need fiber because there will be almost no waste in your food for your body to get rid of, and you’ll lose visceral fat as well. 😮

  5. My mom makes ground beef with a little tomato paste and shredded carrots it’s so good! You should try it! I might add some bell pepper to it

  6. The thing about this kind of meal prep, is that I get extremely board eating the same thing every day. Especially when it gets drier and worse each day
