That looks absolutely delicious, amazing recipe thank you for sharing this
Oh my goodness- I can’t wait to make this! I love pepper jellies but have never had it with the pineapple. I like to do the pepper jellies with cream cheese for a quick appetizer before supper. I’ll bet this jelly would be wonderful as a glaze for ham too. Thank you so much for sharing the love of Jesus. 🦋
Looks delicious
I just made a batch of jalapeno jelly and had some extra peppers leftover and I have a fresh pinepple….Guess what I'm making today Thanks for sharing your delicious recipe. Be Blessed and Stay Safe. Hi😊I'm Ms. J ……glad I found your recipe!
Hello Mama Sue Garrett and Happy Saturday to yaI made YOUR Pineapple Jalapeno Jelly recipe and it was SUPER DELICIOUS. I have to make myself another batch because, I gave most of it away to my neighbors who also loved it. I mentioned YOU (for the recipe credit) in my video I just uploaded (today 8-27) Thanks for sharing your awesome recipe. Be Blessed, Stay Safe and Have a Wonderful Weekend. I'm Ms. J from Las Vegas, Nevada
Can you leave the seeds in for extra heat?
I use a large glass pitcher, pour my jelly in that then pour in jars, just makes less of a mess.
I made this jelly ,i think 5 cups of sugar is to much.will cut back on the sugar next time
Looks and taste delicious.
I noticed you do not add vinegar or use the pineapple juice with this recipe. Assuming the sugar makes the juice? Want to make sure, before I get started.
I’m excited about this recipe because I have to watch the night shades (peppers), and we do love pineapple! It’s great health benefits include bromelain
I can’t wait to make this ,looks so good
I just bought the volume 1 cookbook. I hope you still have it to send to me ❤
We always just skim that out into a jar. Nothing wrong with it. It’s just not as pretty.
After everything else is filled that jar is filled and that’s the one we eat first and so if we have company that’s never the one they see or if we give it away same thing
I have made your recipe numerous times. Thank you! Everyone I gifted this to raved and requested your recipe. I always tell them to watch your videos, 🍍🌶
I just love to hear you Alabamians talk. I’m from E Tx and it is said that we have an accent 😂
Oh my goodness I haven’t made this yet, but I can taste it already 😋
Mama Sue, I just made this today and commented on your site. I'm over the moon at how lovely this looks in quilted jars! Omg so pretty! Where may I find some of those cute lids you have? I'm thankful for this small batch of jelly because now I KNOW it'll be my secret yet not so secret go-to that I can replicate successfully. Thank you so much Mama Sue, you are a blessing to us all.
Just made jars of this for Christmas stocking stuffers! What a great recipe. Thanks for sharing!
You lost me with all that sugar that just gagged can you make it without the sugar because don't pineapples hold a lot of sugar and salt anyway
I never known any of my cooks of 70 yrs to water bath jelly. I know I donot and my jelly last for several years
