📌 Ingredients:
5 green sweet peppers (mirchi)
Mustard oil
¼ tbsp fenugreek seeds
Salt to taste
¼ tbsp turmeric powder
¼ cup curd (dahi)
📌 Steps:
1. Cut the mirchi from the middle.
2. Heat mustard oil and add fenugreek seeds.
3. Add the mirchi and fry for 5 minutes. Cover and cook.
4. Add salt and haldi. Fry again.
5. Add curd, mix well, and let it cook till it dries.
6. Serve as a side or achar-style pickle.
