1 onion, chopped

2 garlic cloves, minced

500g (1 lb) ground beef

1 can (400g) diced tomatoes

1 can (400g) kidney beans, drained

2 tbsp tomato paste

1 tsp chili powder

1 tsp cumin

½ tsp paprika

Salt & pepper to taste

Optional: chopped jalapeños, shredded cheese, sour cream

Instructions:

Sauté aromatics: In a pot, heat oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic. Cook until soft.
