Hello everyone! There is a Japanese home-style dish called stuffed peppers with meat. It is recommended because you can eat both bell peppers and meat together!

[Recipe]

4-5 bell peppers

250-300g ground pork

150g tofu

3 tablespoons potato starch

Salt and pepper

Cut bell peppers in half or more with seeds removed

Mix everything in a pan.

Spread out and add peppers and cover.

Cut between peppers and turn over.

Cover and cook 3 minutes.

Remove to a plate.

Cook and pour over 3 TBS ketchup, 1 TBS Worcestershire sauce, 1 TSP sugar, and a little brandy.
