  2. I do that with my taco meat also. Would have cooked it down a little more, but that's just me. I also scrape the sides with my spoon as the liquid evaporates. Lot of flavor stuck to the sides and helps with cleanup. 9/10 only because I like mine a little thicker.

  3. That's really similar to how I make mine. I add crushed red pepper and ground cayenne because I like it to have a kick. I was born in West Virginia and chili dogs are a way of life but there's no place in South Carolina to get them so I make my own. I freeze the leftovers in small containers so I can have hot dogs when I want.
