Egg Chili Garlic Fried Rice I 10 Minutes Fried Recipe ( Restaurant Style )

A simple and quick Fried Rice recipe that can be made by any one with limited cooking experience. This video explains those minute details to get a restaurant style consistency at home. This video also features a 2 minute chili garlic oil recipe which can be easily made and used for various other dishes.

Just make sure to use cold rice and go easy on the soy sauce and salt. For stronger flavour please free to use ajinomoto which I have not used in this recipe.

This dish was prepared during Covid19 lock-down with limited ingredients available in the kitchen, and with limited hardware to film the process. The main purpose for this video was to promote the idea “Less is More” and amazing dishes can be made with the simplest of ingredients, what one needs is imagination.

Ingredients you will need

For Chili Garlic Oil
Oil: 100 Ml
Chili Flakes: 2 Tsp
Garlic: 6 Cloves

For Fried Rice
Rice: 2 Cups
Egg: 1 No
Cabbage: 15 Gm
Carrot: 40 Gm
Bell Pepper: 40 Gm
Chopped Onion: 2 Tsp
Chopped Garlic: 1 Tsp
Chopped Ginger: 1 Tsp
Chopped Green Chili: 1 Tsp
Crushed Black Pepper: 1 Tsp
Salt: To Taste
Sugar: ¼ Tsp
Dark Soy Sauce: 1 Tsp
Chili Garlic Oil: 2 Tsp
Oil: For Stir Frying
