Check out this sweet and savory fall off the bone baby back ribs. Its a recipe my fiance came up with and let me tell you they are the best ribs I’ve ever had. Very juicy, tender, and really easy to make. Enjoy!
INGREDIENTS
1- 2 racks of pork baby back ribs
Dry ingredients per 1 rack of rib (double if using 2 racks)-
7 tbsp brown or coconut sugar
3 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp salt (Iodized or sea salt)
Wet ingredients per 1 rack of rib (double if using 2 racks)
6 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp cooking wine
5 cloves minced garlic
3 tablespoon water
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
BAKE at 375 F (190C) with foil on
1 rack (2.5 hours)
2 racks (3.5 hours)
then
BROIL for 5 min with foil off
TIPS:
Make sure to have a good seal on the foil when you bake the ribs
