4–5 garlic cloves (grated)
1/2 tsp ajwain (carom seeds)
Salt to taste
1 tbsp coriander leaves (finely chopped)
1/2 tsp chili flakes
Extra butter (for cooking)

Knead the Dough:
Take wheat flour in a bowl, add a pinch of salt, and knead with water until smooth. Let it rest for 10–15 minutes.

Prepare Garlic Butter Mix:
In a bowl, mix melted butter, grated garlic, ajwain, salt, chopped coriander, and chili flakes.

Assemble the Paratha:
Roll out a ball of dough into a round roti.
Spread the garlic butter mix evenly over it.
Fold and cut as shown in the video (e.g., spiral fold or layered square).
Roll it out again gently into a paratha shape.
Cook the Paratha:
Heat a tava (griddle) and place the paratha on it.
Apply butter on both sides while roasting.
