Ingredients For Recipe 1:
3/4 cup ghee/clarified butter
12 roughly chopped almonds
12 roughly chopped cashews/kaju
2 tablespoons raisins/kismish
3/4 cup suji/rava/semolina
1/4 cup atta/whole wheat flour
4 cups water
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cardamom powder

Ingredients For Recipe 2:
For the dosa/chilla:
1/2 cup gram flour/besan
1/2 cup semolina/suji
2 tablespoons green capsicum, finely chopped
2 tablespoons onions, finely chopped
2 tablespoons carrots, grated
2 tablespoons yellow bell peppers, finely chopped
2 tablespoons red bell peppers, finely chopped
1 teaspoon chilli flakes
1/2 teaspoon carom seeds/ajwain
1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 green chilli, finely chopped
1 teaspoon ginger, finely chopped
2 tablespoons spring onions, finely chopped
2.5 cups water
Salt to taste
For chutney:
1 cup fresh coriander
3 green chillies
3-4 garlic cloves
1 small piece of ginger
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons roasted chana dal
1 tablespoon curd
Water as required
Salt to taste

Ingredients For Recipe 3:
2 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 star anise
8 cloves
2 green cardamoms
1/4 teaspoon black peppercorns
1 small cinnamon stick
5-6 garlic cloves
1 inch ginger
2 medium onions
5 medium tomatoes
Salt to taste
1/4 cup cashews soaked in water for 30 mins
4 dried red chillies
2 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
1 teaspoon degi red chilli powder
1 tablespoon coriander powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon sugar
300g paneer/cottage cheese
2 tablespoons fresh coriander
1 teaspoon kasuri methi
2 tablespoons fresh cream
2 tablespoons fresh coriander

Ingredients For Recipe 4:
1/4 cup onions
1/4 cup tomatoes
1/4 cup green capsicum
1/4 cup sweet corn
3 tablespoons Schezwan sauce
3 tablespoons tomato ketchup
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
250g paneer cubes
1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 teaspoon red chilli flakes
1 teaspoon oregano
Salt to taste
4-6 bread slices
1/4 cup pizza sauce
6 cheese slices
1/2 cup grated cheese
Butter for cooking
