ADRAKI CHOPS
Ingredients:
Mutton Chops 750 grams
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
Oil 1/4 cup
Cheese 1/2 cup
Water-Drained Yogurt 1/2 cup
Chopped Ginger 2 tbsp
Crushed Green Chilli 1 tbsp
Ground Cardamom 1/2 tsp
Ground Jaggery 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Crushed Red Chilli 1 tsp
Oil 1/2 cup
Vinegar 2 tbsp
METHOD:
In a bowl, mix the ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper, oil and vinegar and marinate the mutton chops overnight. Now mix the yogurt and cheese until creamy. Add black pepper, crushed red pepper, oil and all the ingredients to the marinated chops and apply them well on the chops and keep them in the refrigerator for an hour. After that, place them in an oven tray, cover with foil and cook well until done. Finally, brush with chaat masala, chopped coriander and butter.

RANGEEN MIX SABZI
Ingredients:
Potatoes 3
Beans 125 grams
Capsicum 2
Carrots 2
Tomatoes (seeds removed) 2
Gourd 250 grams
Oil 1/2 cup
Nigella sativa 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Method:
Cut all the vegetables. Boil the potatoes, beans and carrots until half cooked. Do not boil the remaining vegetables, chop them finely. Now heat the oil and fry the cumin seeds, nigella sativa , salt and crushed garlic well. Then add the vegetables, cover and cook for 10 minutes. Cook the vegetables until they are ready.
