#Stuffed peppers

Ingredients
1 cup of rice
2 cups of water
1/4 cup olive oil
1 large onion peeled and finely chopped
8 ounces of ground beef
1 clove of garlic finely chopped
2 cups of crushed tomatoes
1 can of black beans
Salt-and-paper
1 teaspoon of Thyme
4 red or green Yellow, bell peppers
Directions
In a pot add 2 cups of water bring water to boil and add 1 cup of Rice
Heat oil Stir in onions until translucent add beef and cook uncovered for five minutes stirring once. Drain off most of the fat, leaving 2 to 3 tablespoon in dish.
Add 1 – 1/2 cups of crushed tomatoes, garlic, thyme and oregano and rice and beans and salt and pepper to taste. stir to combine.
Slice off tops of four green or red bell peppers and remove seeds
Divides stuffing among the peppers replace tops of peppers.
Place peppers in baking dish. Combine 1/2 cups crushed tomatoes, 1/4 cup white wine and 1/4 cup water and pour into bottom of dish.
Cover tightly with heavy duty aluminum foil, and bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
Poke through wrap with knife after 10 minutes of cooking to let the steam to escape.
Let stuff peppers rest for about 5 minutes after cooking
