I received my wok as a bridal shower gift 47 years ago. It’s well seasoned and nothing sticks to it. I just rinse it out with hot water and heat it until it’s dry. I use it all the time, not just for Chinese food.

i haven't bought flank steak in awhile… it's gone to $43/kg and with 4-5 adults to feed, it's too much unless i can find it with the pink 30% of stickers. Well, this week, 2 days before Christmas i noticed it had come down to $35/kg so i was looking at the packs. I saw one that hadn't been weighed properly and was $3.08!! Thanks for the Christmas Gift, Superstore! Not sorry in the least, Galen! We're going to enjoy this as a family feast tonight!!
Bought a full tenderloin the other day and cut it into steaks. Gonna use the offcut head and tail for this! A touch of class 😊❤
Tip: to avoid lumps of corn starch, add the corn starch first and then drip the water in, stirring constantly. It’ll form a a paste, then a slurry and will be easy to mix. 👍🏼
