Ingredients –
Paneer – 250 grams cube and 50 grams grated
Cooking oil
Garlic cloves
Ginger
Dry red chili
Green chili
Almonds
Melon seeds
Cashew nuts
Chopped onion
Chopped tomato
Butter
Bay leaves
Cardamom
Sliced onion/ginger/garlic
Salt
turmeric powder
chili powder
Sugar (Optional)
Fresh cream
Kasuri methi
Coriander
Garam masala

Preparation of the recipe –
1. Shallow fry the paneer cubes of 250 grams paneer. Don’t over fry.
2. Boil onion, tomato, ginger, garlic, melon seeds, cashew, almonds and then grind into a smooth mixture.
3. Now in a pan add butter and cooking oil. Let it heat.
4. Add bay leaves, cardamom, sliced onion, ginger and garlic and cook for a minute.
5. Add the smooth gravy and mix properly
6. Add Salt, turmeric powder, chili powder and sugar and cook until oil released.
7. Add water and wait until boiled.
8. Add grated paneer of 50 grams and then add shallow fried paneer cubes.
9. Cook for 5 minute in medium heat.
10. Add fresh cream, coriander, garam masala, kasuri methi.
11. Mix properly and the recipe is ready to serve.
