Ingredients used:
* 800g Chicken
* Chicken marinade | 1 tsp Turmeric powder, 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder, 1 tsp salt & 2 tbsp cooking oil | Let marinade 30 minutes
* 1 cup Cooking oil | Fry chicken as instructed in the video
For the one-pot curry
* 6 tbsp cooking oil
* Whole spices (germ masala) 1 bay leaf | 4 cardamom | 2 cinnamon
* 1 tbsp chopped ginger | 2 tbsp chopped garlic | 1 cup diced onion | 1.5 tsp salt
* Spice mix (tsp) | 1 turmeric powder | 2 Coriander powder | 2 curry powder | 1 cumin powder | 1 Kashmiri chilli powder | 1.2 garam masala powder
* 1 tbsp tomato puree
* Green coriander paste | 30-50g fresh coriander | 1 handful green chilli | 1/2 cup water and blend
* fresh coriander for garnish & enjoy a the “Green Coriander & Chilli Curry”

Looks great. Sometimes I find curry recipes intimidating because there are so many ingredients it is not clear what the focus is. Here the use of coriander and green chilies as the main, distinctive flavours with the classic garlic, ginger, onion and dried spices curry base makes total sense to me. Definitely going to try this.
