Restaurant Style Lemon Pepper Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
For Marination
1 Kg Chicken 🍗
Salt 🧂
2 Tbsp Gg Paste 🫚 🧄
1 Cup Smooth Curd
1 Tbsp Black Pepper pd
1 Tbsp Chaat Masala
1 Tsp Garam Masala Pd
1/2 Lemon Zest 🍋
1/2 Lemon Juice 🍋
2-3 Green Chillies
For Cooking
Oil
1 Bay Leaf 🍂
1 Star Anise
10-12 Black Peppercorns
Coriander for Garnish 🌿
Lemon Slices for Garnish 🍋
For this Recipe we need to Marinate Chicken with
GG Paste
Salt
Smooth Curd
Black Pepper pd
Chaat Masala
Garam Masala Pd
Lemon Zest & Lemon Juice
Green Chillies for Minimum 1/2 hour
In a Kadhai Add in Oil and Bay Leaf, Star Anise and Black Pepper Corns
Now add in Marinated Chicken Pcs (Only Chicken pcs) and Cook/ Fry Until Nice Golden in Color
Now add in Remaining Marination Masala and Cook for another 5-7 Mins until Masala gets Cooked and Chicken is Completely Soft and Tender
Once Done Garnish with Coriander Leaves and Lemon Slices
Serve hot with Rumali Roti, Tandoori Roti or Paratha
