Ingredients:
400g tiger prawns with shell on – remove veins
12 cloves of garlic – chopped
(Adding more garlic as individual preferred)
2-3 red bird eye chili – chopped
2 stalks spring onion – chopped
1 cup of cooking oil to fry prawns
2 cube butter
1 tsp salt
Cooking Methods:
Heat cooking oil in a pan
Fry the prawns till crispy, set aside
Heat up the wok, add butter to melt
Add garlic, give a stir till golden browned
Add salt and chilies stir about a minute.
Add in fried prawns, stir all together well.
Last add spring onion
Off the flame, ready to serve
#You can use the same prawns fry oil for the recipe, but I use butter (Individual preference)
