Make delicious spicy and refreshing kimchi at home in just a day or two! 🥬🌶

🔥 How to make it:

Split a round cabbage in half and blanch in boiling water for a few seconds

Add pepper & chili to the hot water with salt, then let it cool

Sprinkle kimchi ferment over the cabbage

Pour in cooled water, cover, and ferment for 1–2 days

It’s that simple! Perfect as a side dish or snack.

  1. I guess this kimchi is youtube version not asian version but this seems easy so I will try it its beacuse its cooked not raw.
