I was starving late one night and for various reasons ordered Chicken McNuggits from McDonald's through DoorDash. I've only had then once or twice before, years ago. OMG, they were AWFUL! I will never order those nasty abominations ever again. And now I can make a decent version at home! TY

Another great recipe! I cant count how many times I've come to his channel and learned something new or used a recipe and knocked it out the park. This dude is legit! But that said what could I use to increase the fat content without using the pork? I have some family members who don't eat pork and would love to make these nuggets for the fam!

Why the pork???
Just made both sauces and have to say they are very well balanced. Took some of the confit-garlic mayo out and put a little bit of gochujang through it for a little bit of a kick, very delicious!
