Ingredients
– Chane ki daal (chickpea lentils)
– Tarbooz (watermelon) chunks
– Oil: 1/4 cup
– Ginger-garlic paste: 1 tbsp
– Onion: 1 small, chopped
– Red chili powder: 1 tbsp
– Haldi (turmeric): 1 tsp
– Imli (tamarind) paste: 2 tbsp
– Hara dhania (fresh coriander): handful
– Green chilies: 2-3
– Red whole chilies: handful
– Cumin (zeera) seeds: half a tsp
– Desi ghee (clarified butter): for baghar

## Method
1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chopped onion.
2. Add ginger-garlic paste, tarbooz chunks, chane ki daal, haldi, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the daal is tender.
3. Add imli paste and mix well.
4. For the baghar, heat desi ghee and fry red whole chilies, cumin seeds, green chilies, and fresh coriander.
5. Pour the baghar over the daal and serve.
