Boneless chicken pieces – 500 GMS
Salt – 1 TSP
Pepper Powder – 1 TSP
Egg – 1 NO.
Soy sauce – 2 TSP
Corn flour – 4 TBSP
Maida – 2 TBSP
Pound ginger garlic – 1 TBSP
Oil for deep frying
Oil – 1 TBSP
Dry Red Chilli – 2 NO
Finely chopped ginger and garlic – 1 TSP Each
Sliced spring onion whites
Diced onion – 1 NO.
Diced capsicum – 1 NO.
Vinegar – 1 TSP
Soya sauce – 1 TSP
Red Chilli sauce – 1 TSP
Tomato Ketchup – 4 TSP
Cornflour slurry – 1 TSP with 2 TSP of Water
Chopped spring onion greens 1/2 CUP
