1️⃣ Boil baby corn for 2-3 mins, strain, and cut into your desired shape.
2️⃣ Chop bell peppers, capsicum, and onions.
3️⃣ Heat oil in a kadhai, add chopped garlic, then baby corn.
4️⃣ Add chili powder, pepper, salt, and sauté on high flame for a slightly burnt texture.
5️⃣ Toss in onions and capsicum, stir well.
6️⃣ Finish with soy sauce & cornflour slurry—cook until thickened.
