🥘 Ingredients
For marination:
Boneless chicken – 500g (cut into small cubes)
Cornflour – 3 tbsp
Maida (all-purpose flour) – 2 tbsp
Egg – 1 (optional, makes coating crisp)
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste
Black pepper – ½ tsp
Soy sauce – 1 tsp
For sauce & stir fry:
Onion – 1 big (cut into cubes)
Capsicum – 1-2 (cubed, use green + red for color)
Green chillies – 3-4 slit
Garlic – 6-7 cloves (finely chopped)
Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
Red chilli sauce – 2 tbsp
Tomato ketchup – 2 tbsp
Vinegar – 1 tsp
Black pepper – ½ tsp
Salt – to taste
Cornflour slurry (1 tsp cornflour + 3 tbsp water)
Oil – for frying + 2 tbsp for stir fry
Spring onion – for garnish

👩🍳 Method
1. Marinate & fry chicken:
Mix chicken with all marination ingredients. Rest 15 mins. Deep or shallow fry till golden and crisp. Keep aside.
2. Prepare sauce:
In a pan, heat 2 tbsp oil. Add garlic, sauté till aromatic. Toss in green chillies, onions, and capsicum. Stir fry on high flame (keep them crunchy).
3. Add sauces:
Add soy sauce, chilli sauce, ketchup, vinegar, pepper, and salt. Mix well.
4. Thicken gravy (optional):
If you want dry version, skip this. For semi-gravy, add cornflour slurry and little water. Cook till glossy.
5. Combine:
Toss fried chicken in sauce. Coat well. Garnish with spring onion greens.

💡 Tips
Keep flame high when tossing veggies for that restaurant-style smoky flavor.
Don’t overcook chicken, it gets hard. Fry till just golden.
Use red capsicum too—it makes the dish colorful and YouTube-friendly 😎.
Adjust chilli sauce depending on your audience (kids = less, spicy lovers = more 🔥).
