One-Pan Stuffed Pepper Casserole | Easy Beef & Rice Stuffed Peppers | Food Wishes



This easy one-pan stuffed pepper casserole has all the same taste and texture of classic beef and rice stuffed bell peppers, but with no actual stuffing involved. Since we’re making everything in one pan, there’s less to clean up, and thanks to the casserole format, this version might even be more flavorful. Enjoy!

  1. Very nice recipe, i like to use pablanos instead of bell beppers,, i can make them work, i have done it but a different technique to cut the peppers. Leave some membrane for heat

  2. French people make stuffed peppers, regularly, in the summer, usually when they have some leftover rice. They eat them hot, or at room temperature, for example, at a picnic. šŸ«‘

  3. I'm not a bell pepper fan, can't stand the taste of them. Though I've found that poblano peppers are a good substitute…though keep in mind, if you can't stand spicy peppers, keep to poblanos early in the season, because the more a poblano stays on the plant they'll go from bell pepper spicy to more of a jalapeƱo level of spicy later on in the season.

    Learned all this from the best plate of Chiles Relleno I've had in my life that I had to search them out and figure out how to make them myself.

  4. This will be added to the menu rotation at my house šŸ‘. We all love stuffed peppers, but as the primary cook, I’m over the stuffing portion of the prep.
