Quick Chilli Paneer

Ingredients

* Paneer cubes 200–250 g
* 2 tsp cornflour, 1 tsp red chilli powder, ½ tsp salt, pinch turmeric
* 1 tbsp oil, 3–4 chopped garlic, 1 onion, 1–2 green chillies
* 1 cup mixed capsicum
* ½ tsp Schezwan chutney, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp ketchup
* Cornflour slurry: 1 tsp cornflour + 2 tbsp water
* Coriander & spring onion greens

    Ingredients

    * Paneer cubes 200–250 g
    * 2 tsp cornflour, 1 tsp red chilli powder, ½ tsp salt, pinch turmeric
    * 1 tbsp oil, 3–4 chopped garlic, 1 onion, 1–2 green chillies
    * 1 cup mixed capsicum
    * ½ tsp Schezwan chutney, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp ketchup
    * Cornflour slurry: 1 tsp cornflour + 2 tbsp water
    * Coriander & spring onion greens

    Steps

    1. Coat Paneer: Mix paneer with cornflour, chilli, salt, turmeric. Pan-fry, deep-fry, or air-fry until golden.
    2. Stir-fry: In oil sauté garlic, then onion & chillies. Add capsicum; cook 2–3 min.
    3. Sauce: Add salt, chilli powder, Schezwan, soy sauce, ketchup, then cornflour slurry; thicken.
    4. Finish: Toss in fried paneer. Garnish with sesame seeds,coriander & spring onions. Serve hot.
