🔪 Method (विधि)
Step 1: Prepare Soya
Soya chunks ko garam pani me 10 min soak karein.
Pani nikal kar ache se squeeze karein taki extra water n rahe.
Inhe thoda crush kar lein ya chopper me grind kar lein.
Step 2: Make Balls
Crushed soya ke saath maida, cornflour, rice flour, haldi, black pepper garam masala, manchurian masala aur salt mix karke tight dough banayein.
Chhote balls bana kar medium flame par golden brown fry karein.
Step 3: Prepare Gravy
Ek kadhai/pan me oil garam karke garlic, ginger aur green chili bhunein.
Ab onion aur capsicum add karke 1-2 min toss karein (crispy rehna chahiye).
Soy sauce, tomato ketchup, chili sauce aur vinegar dal kar mix karein.
Thoda water add karke boil aane dein.
Step 4: Final Mix
Fried soya balls gravy me dal kar ache se coat karein.
Spring onion garnish karke serve karein.
🍽️ Serving Suggestion
Fried Rice, Hakka Noodles ya simple steamed rice ke saath serve karein.
