  1. You might also try pure monk fruit as a sweetener. It's made from a fruit grown in China & comes in liquid form from Now Foods witj no additives or as a pure white powder. I can't tolerate allulose or erythritol, but the pure monk fruit works well for me.

  2. Look. I'm not one to be a fear monger. I've been watching your channel for a long time along with the other carnivore channels. I started carnivore about 6 months ago and lost about 40 lbs. I'm a fat guy and I had coronary artery disease when I started the diet. The reason I started it was to lose weight and to get my heart healthy. Every doctor I told I was eating this way said I need to stop and switch to a plant forward/Mediterranean type diet. I lectured them and told them they were wrong. Last Friday I had a massive heart attack where I had a complete blockage of the "widow maker" coronary artery. Only reason I'm not dead is because I'm 10% of the population that is "left dominant" where blood flow comes from the other side of my heart. This is crazy lucky. I now have 4 stents and am on a cocktail of blood thinners, anti-palette, statins (I was already on them) and bunch of other pills. I put this out as a public service announcement. If you have CAD and have metabolic syndrome and are fat, don't play with your life. It's Russian roulette. Perhaps this diet works really well for healthy people who might not be predisposed to heart problems, but if you already have them I would highly recommend you stop eating such high fat meals. My lipid profile was atrocious from nothing more than eating this type of diet. Were there other factors besides the diet? Perhaps. But as everyone keeps saying, "there is no long term evidence to suggest this diet is harmful". Indeed, and there is also no long term evidence to suggest it is healthy. I'm not here to preach. Everyone can make their own decision. I realize my situation may be different to other peoples. But I was in the hospital for a week and it was an all around terrible experience. I don't want others to go through it. I wish everyone peace and good health.

  3. Thanks for these recipes. Love the meatballs with glaze.
I have made your “bread” recipe few times; couple times in my mini waffle maker and made some in a silicone mat with 4 inch circles topped with cheddar cheese to make biscuits. Grant recipe.

  4. All 4 look great. What to do with leftovers is always a plus. Never would have thought of slicing a cooked burger to make a sandwich. Will be making extra from now on.
    Thank you. 😊

  5. Once again you offer variety, flavor and fun. Ok, maybe not strict CV, but anyone can adjust these methods to their preference.

  6. Now you know you need to broil or air fry that beef and cheddar once assembled to melt the cheese. This all looks amazing. I’m thinking of making the meatballs tomorrow. Thanks so much!

  7. Just yesterday I was wondering how to make the bread in air fryer. You saved me the fidgeting and worrisome silliness I go through trying something new. You the man.

  8. It is going to be difficult to get the meat to tack up, as you added acid in the form of vinegar! That stops the proteins from binding with the fats! It is also the reason that making sausage with tomatoes in it needs a bit of baking soda to get protein extraction and a good bind!

  9. I use ground chicken for chicken wing dishes like the Beefalo Dip; add some bleu cheese too!
I would even dip celery sticks into it, cuz I’m that crazy

  10. As always.. such fun to watch! I’ve made your flat breads three times already… with the herbs and I’ll tell ya after I rolled t sandwich, sliced in diagonal and air fried just to warm my contents that little bit of crisp from air fryer was fabulous and I bet I’ll never quit making those flatbreads.

  11. I eat Keto (really Ketovore) once in a while. I just cant do it a lot or my labs/health goes sideways. Love the recipes, keep up the good work!

  12. friend you are such a chef with a great imagination! me, i hate to cook! ugh. i just ate some sugar free chocolate chips.

  13. Will make mince meat for dinner. Love it with eggs. Never liked spices. A little salt and my Golden will share it with me. Yum. 😋

  14. UK as someone late 50's on tight budget & told for health need to eat far less carbs and more protein thank you! video was inspirational as now not just thinking ok buy eggs & budget sausages & beef burgers . could see the ground beef gets boring to work with but appreciate the recipes for variety 10/10 wont likely do strictly carnivore but making the same meat more tasty with variety will certainly help 👍

  15. Stumbled upon this and it looked good then he reached for what looked like a tortilla chip? I missing something?

  16. You should look into the use of black strap molasses. Does a lot of the same benefits as allulose and carnalizes better. As far as hot sauce goes, Tabasco Scorpion all the way. Tried your flat bread recipe, you're spot on about the baking soda, lets you fine tune how much fluff you get out of it.

Keep going brother, love the stuff.
