One Pot Chili Recipe | Under 30 Minutes



Hearty, flavorful, and done in a flash! 🍲 This Pressure Cooker Turkey, Black Bean, and Corn Chili is packed with protein, fiber, and bold spices. Perfect for a weeknight dinner, it’s easy to make and sure to satisfy your family.

Ingredients:
1.5 lb ground turkey
2 can black beans, rinsed and drained
2 can corn, drained
2 can stewed tomatoes (14.5 oz) with juice
1 can Rotel tomatoes with green chilies (10 oz) with juice
1 onion, diced
6 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp onion salt
2 cups chicken broth
1 tbsp olive oil
Optional toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, chopped cilantro, lime wedges

Instructions (Pressure Cooker Version):
Set your pressure cooker to Sauté mode. Heat olive oil.
Add diced onion and garlic; sauté until soft and fragrant, about 2–3 minutes.
Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
Stir in rinsed and drained black beans, drained corn, stewed tomatoes with juice, and Rotel with juice.
Pour in 2 cups chicken broth.
Add 2 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp oregano, and 1 tsp onion salt. Stir to combine.
Close the lid and set the pressure cooker to High Pressure for 10 minutes.
Carefully perform a quick release of the pressure. Or do 5 minutes and slow release.
Stir, taste, and adjust seasonings if needed.
Serve hot with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
