In this video, I am going to show you how to make Crab Pepper Fry

INGREDIENTS

Crab – 200 gm
Oil – 3 to 4 tablespoon
Mustard – Half Teaspoon
Garlic – 10
Small Onion – 10 – 15
Curry leaves
Chilli
Turmeric powder – Half Teaspoon
Chilli powder – one tablespoon
Coriander powder – one tablespoon
Garam masala – half teaspoon
Pepper powder – two tablespoon
Coriander leaves
Salt for taste

Method

1) In a Kadai, add oil , half teaspoon mustard let it splutter
2) Add Garlic and Onion
3) add Turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam Masala, salt
4)Add Curry leaves , chilli and cleaned crab.
5) Cook for about 10 – 15 Minutes
6) Add two tablespoon Pepper powder, cook for 5 Minutes
7) Garnish with coriander leaves
8) Crab Pepper Fry is ready to serve
