BLACK PEPPER SHRIMP RECIPE

Ingredients:
cooking oil
30g butter
5 cloves garlic
1 medium size onion
1 & 1/2 tbsp coarsed ground black pepper
1 cup water
2 tbsp of oyster sauce
1 & 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp of sugar
500g shrimp
3 tsp cornstarch slurry (1tbsp cornstarch + 3 tbsp water)
spring onion
