Ingredients:
2 pounds lean ground beef, or ground turkey or chicken
1 small yellow or white onion, diced
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes, fire roasted best
1 (15.5 oz) can diced tomatoes, fire roasted best
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
2 tablespoons chili seasoning
2 (15.5 oz) cans kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1. Brown meat with onion, crumbling it into bite-sized pieces as it cooks. Add garlic and continue to cook for 1 minutes. Drain grease and add to base of slow cooker.
Stir in remaining ingredients, adding up to 1/2 cup beef broth or beer to thin IF desired.
Cook on low for 8-10 hours.

If you’re cooking the meat why use a slow cooker. Just put all in a Dutch oven on the stovetop.
