1 tablespoon cumin powder
1 tablespoon red chilli powder
1 tablespoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
Juice of œ a lemon
3 tablespoons coconut oil
1Â large onion, finely sliced
5 cloves garlic, finely sliced
1 inch ginger, thin slices
18Â curry leaves
2 teaspoon black pepper powder
Cracked black pepper
Œ  fresh coconut, sliced (reserve some for garnish

salt
1 teaspoon of coconut oil/ghee

You can also take mutton that's perfectly fine . You can also take soya chunks which is perfectly fine . Heck , you can even take nothing and not cook anything that's perfectly fine as well .
