Coconut Pepper Chicken

600g boneless chicken cut into 1 inch cubes
1 tablespoon cumin powder
1 tablespoonĀ red chilli powder
1 tablespoonĀ coriander powder
1 teaspoonĀ turmeric powder
Juice of ½ a lemon
3 tablespoonsĀ coconut oil
1Ā large onion, finely sliced
5 clovesĀ garlic, finely sliced
1 inchĀ ginger, thin slices
18Ā curry leaves
2 teaspoonĀ black pepper powder
Cracked black pepper
¼  fresh coconut, sliced (reserve some for garnish
water
salt
1 teaspoon of coconut oil/ghee

  1. I made this served with homemade roti. Very zesty reminded me of fajitas, with an obviously Indian twist.

  2. You can also take mutton that's perfectly fine . You can also take soya chunks which is perfectly fine . Heck , you can even take nothing and not cook anything that's perfectly fine as well .
