The Best Vegan Chili (One-Pot!)



VEGAN CHILLI 🄣 Recipe ā¬‡ļø:

Ingredients:

1 yellow onion
28 can of peeled tomatoes
2 jalapeƱos
6 cloves of garlic
1 red bell pepper
2 tbs Chilli powder
2 tbs anchor Chilli powder
1 tbs cumin
1.5 tsp smoked paprika
1 tbs oregano
2 cups vegetable broth
3/4 cup red cooking wine
2 15 oz can of pinto beans
1 15 oz can of kidney beans
1 tbs cocoa powder
1 tbs soy sauce
2 chipotle peppers
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
2 tsp maple syrup
3 tbs avocado or Olive oil
1/2 lime juice
1 tsp red wine vinegar

  3. Sounds a lot like Nisha's recipe mate .. pretty much identical. I do love this chilli though, I make it all the time. You should probably credit Rainbow Plant Life. Lots of people recreate other chef's recipes, it's fine, just give credit where due.

  5. NOPE. NEVER EVER USE YOUR HANDS. THATS JUST PLAIN NASTY AND DONT FORGET TO ADD ONE CAN OF BEER AND PINCH OF BAKING SODA TO REDUCE THE ACIDIC GAS LEVEL IN THE BEANS
