Fresh chilli oil



In this recipe, I will show you how to prepare fresh chilli oil.

I like to use hot peppers a little thick because I also like to eat them with chilli oil, but you can use any type of hot pepper you prefer.
Also, I like to use them in different colours.

The preparation is not difficult, but it requires waiting times to remove the vegetation water from the fresh hot peppers and to flavour the olive oil.

Chilli oil can be tasted on bread or dishes you like.

The ingredients are:
– chillies 400 g
– salt 70 g
– vinegar 200 ml
– olive oil ≈ 1 l
