I always appreciate the people who thank everyone working on-site, so acknowledging not just Dennis but also his camera person or any security he might have with him. It's such a difficult time rn, and you are still making the same authentic meals for everyone.

11:48 Dennis, you may want to invest in what is commonly called a hot plate or a portable electric burner/cooktop. & if you do, I'd place something over the counter top, then place the single burners to then place the pots.
I add a small bit of chocolate/or coffee ☕ 🍫 in Chilli, it's that one extra ingredient that's made the for the
"🥇winner" at Chilli cook-offs.
