For the chili
2 lbs Smoked Couch Roast
1 lb Mexican chorizo
1 large onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 bell pepper, diced
1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
1 can (15 oz) tomato puree
1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained (optional)
1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained (optional)
1.5 cups beef broth (Or beer for extra liquid/flavor)
3 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp smoked paprika
2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1.5 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsppepper to taste
1 tbsp brown sugar (optional, balances acidity)

Awesome bro! We have the same induction cook top! I would eat the whole pot, no crackers needed. No problem here, with or without beans, it doesn't matter. We mix black and kidney beans also, gives it more character and you can feed more people.
