Dahi Chutney Recipe | Easy Curd Chutney for Paratha #shorts



Ingredients:
• Curd
• Coriander leaves
• Green chilli
• Garlic
• Jeera
• Saunf
• Black pepper
• Salt
• Oil
• Rai

Steps:
1. Grind coriander, green chilli, garlic, jeera, saunf, black pepper and salt into a coarse paste.
2. Heat oil and add rai and jeera.
3. Add the paste and sauté for 2 to 4 minutes.
4. Cool the mixture.
5. Add curd and mix well.
6. Serve with hot parathas.
