Chili
Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped green pepper
1 can (28 oz) tomatoes
1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp cayenne red pepper
1 can (15 oz) kidney beans

Instructions

In a large skillet, brown and drain the meat, onions, and green pepper until the onion is tender.
Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder, salt, cayenne red pepper,
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat.
Simmer uncovered for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Add kidney beans (drained) and cook for 15 more minutes
