  1. Or, just don't throw away the ends. Cut them into strips or dice them like the rest.

  2. I always just cored out the top portion with the seeds, then chopped the rest up as usual. Never occurred to me to not use the tops.

  3. I just put my knife on ithe green part then rotate the entire belpeper around vertically until i end up on the other side of that gren part then split the enitre thing in 2 and grabe the entire core out in 1 go, dont even have to scrape.

  4. Cut both ends, make a vertical slice in the middle part, then slice out the seeds in 1 simple rolling motion.
The way you are doing this, is very annoying with leftover seeds. Plus now you're destroying the bell pepper with your hands by pulling out the whiter part, which you should simply cut out directly when removing the seeds in a circular motion.

  5. If you don’t care how it looks, you can also literally just rip the bell pepper open and scoop out the core with your hands. No knife needed and preserves all of the edible parts

  6. "And were done!" Lol until you need to flatten the pepper to get some proper cuts, and to do that you need to cut the top and bottom anyway
