  1. GREEN CHILLI PICKLE
    Ingredients
    • Fresh Green Chillies (cleaned) → 250 g
    • Vinegar → 240 ml
    • Water → 240 ml
    • Salt → 20 g
    • Sugar → 20 g
    • Black Pepper → 1 tsp
    • Bay Leaf → 1 pc

    Process
    1. Clean the chillies and chop them.
    2. Take a Saucepan, add vinegar + water + salt + sugar + black pepper + bay leaf. Stir and put on heat.
    3. Once hot, transfer the liquid along with the chillies to a glass jar. Let it cool down and then close the lid. Store in the refrigerator for a month easily.

    GREEN CHILLI PASTE
    Ingredients
    • Green Chilli → 250 g
    • Salt → 7 g
    • Oil → 50 g
    • Lemon / Vinegar → 5 g

    Process
    1. Prep the chillies by washing and cleaning them.
    2. Blend them with salt + oil + vinegar.
    3. Transfer to an ice cube tray and store them in the freezer for a month easily.

  3. Dal mein ya kisi bhi curry mein red chilli kam hogayi ho to , simple oil heat kare kuch minute ruk ke uss mein chilli powder dalke wo curry mein daldo mix karo bus hogaya .

  4. Why making it paste..make it coarse..it will give good taste..grind in small quanty in chutney grinder (small one)..and it doesnt require salt oil or vinegar..just freeze it..in ice tray or on simple trays..by spoon..

  5. Meal prep is not indian culture…we prepare fresh food… Following western culture blindly is like inviting health issues

  6. New BS habit being perpetuated. Stop creating inventory of food items and cause unhealthy consumption. Cook and eat fresh food.
