Mixed seed podi 🌿
From your skin and hair health to hormone health this dry chutney has lot of health benefits and a great way to add seeds to your diet. A must have if you love rice, idli or Dosa!!
Ingredients
1/4 cup Chana dal
1/4 cup Urdad dal
1/4 cup Sunflower seeds
1/4 cup Pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup Flax seeds
1/4 cup Peanuts
1/4 cup Sesame seeds
20-25 Curry leaves
3-4 Dry red chili
5-6 Garlic cloves
Tamarind
Salt as per taste
1/4 tsp Hing
1 tbsp Moringa powder
1 tsp Jaggery
Note: Store for a month in refrigerator.
