Easy Vegan Chili Recipe

This is one of my favorite quick and easy recipes for Vegan Chili. I hope you enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 Large can of diced tomatoes (1 Lb 12 oz)
1 15 oz can of Organic Black Beans
1 15 oz can of Organic Kidney Beans
1/2 Red Onion
1/2 White Onion
Green onion (to taste)
1 cup Sweet Organic Corn
1/2 Package of Beyond Meat Beef Crumbles (Found at Whole Foods)
Chili Powder ( to taste)
Oregano (to taste)
Basil (to taste)
1 clove of garlic (to taste)
1 teaspoon of Olive oil (optional)

Feel free to add any other veggies and spices that you like!
