Ingredients (1 toddler portion):
• ½ small beetroot
• 1 small carrot
• 2–3 tbsp onion
• 1 small garlic clove
• 2–3 tbsp crumbled paneer
• ½ cup cooked pasta
• 1 tsp butter
• 2–3 tbsp milk (adjust for consistency)
• Pepper & oregano to taste
• Salt — optional & minimal (12M+)

Method:
Pressure cook beetroot, carrot, onion & garlic.
Mash well and mix in paneer
Heat butter, add the mash, pasta, milk, pepper & herbs.
Mix well and serve warm.

Suitable from 12M+. Can be adapted for 8–9 months with texture & spice adjustments
