🛒 Ingredients:
Beetroot: 1 (Peeled & Shredded)

Carrot: 1 (Shredded)

Onion: 1/2 (Thinly sliced)

Cilantro (Coriander): 20g (Chopped)

Oil: 10g (For frying onions)

Seasoning:

Salt: 1/2 tsp

Chili Powder: 1 tsp

Roasted Sesame Seeds: 1 tbsp

Sesame Oil: 1 tbsp

Honey: 5g (approx. 1 tsp)

Lemon Juice: Juice of 1/2 Lemon

🍳 Instructions:
Prep the Veggies: Peel and finely shred the raw beetroot and carrot. Chop the fresh cilantro. Slice the onion into thin strips.

Sauté the Onion: Heat 10g of oil in a pan. Add the sliced onions and stir-fry on high heat for 3 minutes. This caramelizes the onions, bringing out a natural sweetness and removing the pungent raw taste.

Combine: In a large mixing bowl, add the shredded beetroot, shredded carrot, chopped cilantro, and the hot sautéed onions.

Season: Add salt, chili powder, roasted sesame seeds, sesame oil, and honey. Squeeze in the lemon juice.

Mix & Serve: Toss everything thoroughly until well combined. The acidity of the lemon and the heat from the chili perfectly balance the earthy flavor of the beetroot. Enjoy immediately!
