1 tbsp light soy sauce

1 leek , white part only
3 scallions
Dumpling wrappers
Toasted sesame seeds
1 cup water
Chili Oil (mild or spicy)
1 tbsp chili flakes (mild or spicy)
1 tbsp sesame seeds
½ tbsp chili powder (mild or spicy)
½ tsp salt
6 garlic cloves
1 tsp grated ginger

I would need bigger bowls and I wouldn't be able to share!! 😅😂🤣 that looks amazing! Unfortunately I am allergic to onions so I wouldn't be able to make it will them…is there anything else I can substitute them for?
