Sorry im old. Just started the reward thing like a month or two ago. Do the points go away as you redeem? Any significance to just keep building points? I have yet to redeem anything. I keep forgetting before I order.

No, points don’t go away when you redeem.
Every 250 points you earn a free item. That’s it.
Once you accumulate 2000 total points you upgrade to “fire” level, which unlocks better rewards. Just click redeem and then click the item you want.
