800g Peeled & Diced Potatoes (Coles Carisma Potatoes)
Season Potatoes With: 1 Tsp Salt, 1 Tsp Garlic Powder, 1 Tsp Garlic Powder, 1 Tsp Oregano, 1.5 Tsp Smoked Paprika
800g Extra Lean Beef Mince
35g Tomato Paste
1 Diced Tomato
1 Diced Jalapeño
1/2 Diced Red Onion
1/2 Lime Juice
Cilantro/Coriander
30g Sriracha Mayonnaise (per serving – Flying Goose Sriracha Mayonnaise)
(Optional Toppings) Sour Cream & Guacamole

1 Tsp Salt
